The Role:
As the Creative Director (art, you will be the visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing the creative direction of our internal agency's projects. Your primary objective will be to deliver captivating, innovative, and impactful creative solutions that align with our brand strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Provide strategic creative direction for all projects, ensuring they are aligned with clients' objectives and brand guidelines. Oversee the entire creative process from ideation to execution, maintaining the highest standards of quality and originality.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of copywriters and creative professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity, teamwork, and professional growth among team members.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with account management and strategy teams to understand clients' needs, preferences, and target audiences. Regularly present creative concepts and ideas to clients, addressing feedback and adapting campaigns as necessary.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations in advertising and marketing. Utilize this knowledge to inform and enhance our agency's creative offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Campaign Development: Oversee the development of creative campaigns and projects across various channels, including print, digital, social media, broadcast, and experiential. Ensure seamless integration of copy and visuals to deliver a unified brand message.
- Brand Consistency: Safeguard brand consistency across all communication channels, maintaining a cohesive brand voice and identity for each client.
Skills Required:- Minimum 14-16 years of experience into the Creative direction domain specifically.
- Candidate must have managed teams - minimum for 7-10 years. - [Preferred candidate will need large team management skills]
- Proven Experience: A strong track record of success as a art-focused Creative Director or in a similar leadership role within the advertising industry.
- Exceptional Art direction skills: Outstanding portfolio that showcases your creativity and command of persuasive storytelling across various media and platforms.
- Strategic Vision: A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, inspiring creativity and collaboration among team members.
- Client-Focused: Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of advertising trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.

Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
