Senior Manager - Counterparty - Financial Firm

Looking for Sr Manager (Counterpart) with one of the leading financial firm based in Hyderabad

The Ideal Candidate should have 9 to 13 Years of relevant experience. A High level of personal maturity a collaborative and optimistic attitude, ability to adapt startup environment and demonstrated history of delivering high - quality work to stakeholder and essential for this role.

The Candidate Must Have-

Experience in Product Management and should have been responsible for group deliverable while driving the product vision.

Experience in working with software vendor(s) in financial services supporting back and middle office trade life cycle, setting up reconciliation system and/or interacting with hedge fund/ prime broker and other asset manager to timely deliverable and resolution of break/ issue

Working knowledge of financial product such as Equity, Fixed Income and Derivative and understanding of trade life cycle and asset servicing event like Unwind, Resets, Dividend, coupon, Corporate action .

Experience Liaising with Various group to ensure that SLA's are met in a timely manner according to company policy.

Experience with following are added advantage to this role

Domain Experience- Trade/ Position data, Security Master, Middle office Services, Portfolio accounting data warehousing and Treasury

Functional Experience- Use case Modelling/ defining User Stories, object oriented designing, process mapping /Business process re- engineering, data modelling to analyse work flows, proposing solution and measuring benefit, designing and monitoring users acceptance testing.
