Senior Manager - Corporate Taxation

Senior Manager : Corporate Taxation for Bangalore location

Key Responsibilities :

Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing (TP) Compliance :

- Ensure all company entities in India comply with corporate tax and TP regulations.

- Support the Tax Manager in tax audits, tax returns, TP forms, and withholding tax (WHT) compliance and returns.

Corporate Tax Litigations :

- Represent company entities in tax litigations, both in person and through online/faceless appeals.

Local GAAP Tax Closure :

- Coordinate quarterly and annual tax closures under local GAAP with KPMG and the Finance team.

Tax Counsel :

- Provide tax counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), WHT, Equalization Levy (EQL), Significant Economic Presence (SEP), and other projects.

APA Application Support :

- Provide tax support for the Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) application process for company India.

Job Requirements :

Expertise in Indian Income Tax Regulations :

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of India's income tax laws and regulations.

Experience :

- Previous work experience in corporate income tax and related compliance.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Collaboration with External Consultants :

- Proficiency in working with external tax consultants, including Big Four accounting firms.

Language Proficiency :

- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.

Stakeholder Management :

- Strong ability to manage and engage with stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
