Senior Manager - Corporate Tax - CA

Immediate Sr. Manager(Corporate Tax) position currently open with one of our clients, (name being kept confidential until your resume is shortlisted by the client), located at Dadar.

Designation: Sr. Manager (Corporate Tax)

Experience: - Minimum 8-10 years post qualification experience in Corporate Tax

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Practical experience of handling tax engagements independently for clients, including :

- Opinion/Advisory

- Domestic & International tax compliances

- Preparation of submissions/paper book for representation before Domestic tax and ITAT

- Representation before tax authorities, CIT(A) and ITAT

- Basic Transfer pricing (international and domestic) compliances

- Basic working knowledge of allied laws like FEMA, Indirect taxes etc.

2. Good command over technical aspects of Domestic tax and International tax (even for areas not handled in past)

3. Capability of handling and leading technical research

4. Sharp technical/professional writing skills

5. Special expertise in specific topics - to be shared by the candidate
