- Develop short-term & long-term strategies (category-specific & organization-wide) with a strong market perspective

- Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional teams & leadership

- Developed framework on location strategy, supply-demand gap identification, top partner selection forming basis of Access business

- Share market & competition insights with categories/leadership, by collaborating extensively with external consultants, sellers, brands, logistics partners & customers
