Key Responsibilities:
- New Initiatives: Lead the ideation, development, and execution of new business initiatives that align with our strategic goals. Research market trends, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into actionable plans.
- Project Management: Take ownership of projects from concept to completion. Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery. Effectively manage project risks and issues, adapting strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, gather insights, and drive collaboration. Act as a bridge between teams, fostering effective communication and alignment to achieve project goals.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize workflows. Leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Strategic Implementation: Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. Monitor progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates on project status and outcomes.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth. Use insights to inform business development strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinker with a track record of developing and executing innovative ideas
- Proficiency in Presentations, Data Modeling. Strong capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint tools is a must
- Proficiency in market and competitive intelligence analyses, internal and external benchmarking
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
