Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy/M&A - Healthcare

This role will work with the Director of Corporate Strategy and Head of Strategy to create and implement short- and long-term strategies for the company as it embarks on a transformational growth path.

As well, work on essential initiatives such as advising on corporate strategy, performing target or partner scans, and executing/ coordinating commercial and operational diligence as the company evaluates Acquisitions or possible Strategic Investments.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead M&A strategy, asset screening, due diligence procedures and develop/validate business cases for acquisitions and investments in general

2. Work with business executives to develop initiatives to strengthen our long-term competitiveness and market differentiation

3. Develop plans for product commercialization, readiness, change management, and customer experience, as well as provide consultancy services

4. Assist in honing competitive positioning and key messages based on feedback from clients and prospects, as well as industry long-term trends

5. Collaborate throughout the organisation to produce results that support the company's growth and the success of our clients

Education:

- MBA from a top business school or a reputable institute (Indian or Foreign universities)

Experience:

1. A minimum of five years of experience in strategy/management consulting

2. The candidate must possess a growth mindset, and strong quantitative & problem solving abilities

3. Comes with an entrepreneurial spirit and has the ability to engage with the senior leadership team and internal stakeholders

4. Is a team player and has experience working with diverse multi-culture teams

5. Has passion for Health-care and Technology
