The Strategy team will work collaboratively with business units and horizontal functional teams to not only share insights, but also to implement key business initiatives coming out of LRP exercise that may require cross functional skills.
- Work with senior management, business units and functional teams to proactively identify, develop and drive strategies and initiatives
- Develop strong relationships with business partners at all levels (internal as well as external)
- Plan, organize, and support consumer research by working closely with internal team and external vendors
- Define and independently manage data collection and analysis
- Use both quantitative and qualitative data sources to generate analysis
- Drive implementation of key initiatives (including taking responsibility for performance)
