Roles and Responsibilities :
Sales Cycle Management :
- Developing complete B2B corporate sales strategy
- Market mapping and analysis
- Lead generation and Pipeline formulation strategy across all relevant domains (corporates, colleges, hospitals, government, startups etc)
- Deal Closure and Post Sales Services
- Integration with various team leads to facilitate and get the deals to closure
- Account Management :
- Securing business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationship with current and potential clients
- Reporting the performance to all stakeholders on a regular basis
Role Requirements :
- Prior Corporate Sales Experience of 4-6 years preferably in the hospitality/HR management services/facilities management sector
- Must have owned substantial individual sales targets and delivered them in the past.
The compensation must have had a fairly significant portion of performance based component
Location : Bangalore.
Compensation : Cash+High on Equity.
