We are looking for a Senior Manager who will be responsible for Acquisition of Corporates for NPS and Annuities in client's Retirement & Pension vertical and develop Corporate annuity and retail annuity business for the assigned territory. The candidate should have experience preferably in B2B sales & in BFSI Industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing sales strategy for qualitative client acquisition through effective market mapping through effective Market Analysis and Competitor analysis
- Offering Employee benefits Solutions for Corporate Annuities and NPS to the B2B Segment through value proposition to the Top management of the Corporates specially, the decision makers and key influencers & etc.
- Making inroads through Market penetration in Tier 2 & 3 cities & improving the brand visibility/opportunity through extending employee benefit solutions to various Corporates
- Researching the target industry/ sector within the Market to discover prospecting opportunities
- Smart Networking with various stakeholders internally and externally for corporate lead generation
- Develop Corporate Annuity Business and Retail Annuity Business from the assigned territory.
