Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Corporate Sales Manager in Delhi.
- The Senior Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for account management, lead generation, sales operations, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Proactively address customer needs and concerns.
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and email marketing.
- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, forecast sales, and analyze performance metrics.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and mutual benefit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
- Share best practices and knowledge with team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
