Position - Sr. Manager- Corporate Restructuring.

Qualification : MBA/PG (Finance/Marketing) Tier I / Tier II colleges & institutes.

Job Role :

Development of regulatory and Compliance framework of relevant laws and documentation.

Review of customer contractual requirements from compliance management perspective.

Advisory to corporate both in private and public sectors on a varied range of regulatory and financial transactions.

Business development and cross selling business opportunities including commercial proposals.

M&A, structuring advisory for inbound and outbound transactions for Joint Venture (JV), acquisition and strategic alliance.

Business development for M&A and other service leads

Business plan and financial model assistance for Company in the financial services sector

Advisory to Government of India for sale of assets, Investments and Real Estate of Industrial.
