Corporate Relation Senior Manager
Board Infinity is seeking an experienced professional who can hold the position of Senior Manager Corporate Relations
Job Duties -
- Work towards building employer relationships with top 50 brands in IT Services, Analytics and related verticals in India
- Tie up with reputed brands in startups/MNC (Series B+ companies) for data analytics, digital marketing and full stack development roles
- Have strategic conversations around how the curriculum could suit the volume requirements of some of these players
- Add strong value to the corporate partner by engaging with them on regular basis, understanding their talent requirements and seeing where all help can be delivered
- The ability to lead a team is very important
- Any experience in developing a strong employer brand is highly desirable and preferred
- Setting up an alumni group and leveraging the power of the group
- Conduct a yearly corporate summit, where esteemed dignitaries are invited
- 100% accountability on placements
- Any background running assessments to evaluate and connect students and driving process improvements to improve offer conversions is essential
- Prefer a person with strong corporate network pan India with large contact base and strong relationships
- Strong engagement with corporates through Guest Lectures and more
- Ability to map needs of the industry viz a viz skill sets of students
- Ability to predict future requirements and customize program and curriculum accordingly
- Planning for the week's process and offers projections and ISA pending cases to be checked
- Breaking down quarterly goals to monthly and weekly goals with respect to inputs and outputs
- Mentoring teams (full timers) and interns and monitoring JD flow per day
- Share profiles with the new companies / old companies for the weekly process and check for offers from last week's companies process.
- Ability to conduct recruiter focused events
- Preparing weekly reports / daily reports, learners data of opportunities
- Learner queries - handling and process management
