Key Responsibilities :

B2B Sales and Acquisitions and Relationship Management with Corporate Clients

- Focus on existing accounts with a client centric retention strategy

- Identify & analyse the clients requirements & propose customized learning solutions for talent development needs

- Interact with senior management in the client organizations & present company's products & services

- Manage complex sales situations & acquire new business based on value based selling

- Sales Analysis, Usage review and product analysis/MIS on a Quarterly basis

- Closely monitoring of competitor activities and assist in planning counter strategies

- Achieve sales objectives, revenues by selling, up selling and cross selling

- Interface with the delivery team and the clients to ensure clients needs and requirements are captured in the proposals

- Ensure a minimum benchmark of conversion on all proposals submitted to the clients
