Senior Manager - Corporate Learning and Development with a TOP Brand


We are looking out for a Senior Manager - Corporate Learning and Development with a TOP Brand


Location : Mumbai


ROLE SUMMARY : The role will involve identifying and implementing various training & OD programs, learning technology (new-age learning), talent initiatives for the employees of the Brand

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Create a learner-led learning mindset and spirit of learning in the organization.

- Drive the culture of self-paced e-learning in the organization. Work with RHRs, functional stakeholders to build learning journeys for employees.

- Consistently review and drive competency framework (behavioral and functional) based training interventions to align with company priorities. Engage with functional leaders to periodically identify and review emerging skillsets and action plan learning interventions for making the workforce future-ready.

- Drive online learning across the organization on a learning management system (Oracle fusion). Drive technology-led learning and new ways of learning within the organization.

- Determine training needs of employees, prepare the annual training calendar & organize training workshops in collaboration with the function heads, managers & individual employees.

- Evaluate, Identity, and partner with training providers/vendors best in the industry to implement training & OD programs and services.

- Work in close consultation with training content partners for design and delivery of best in class training programs in functional, behavioral, and emerging skillset development

- Develop & Implement specific leadership workshops and OD interventions to improve organizational effectiveness. Design cohort-based capability development programs.

- Drive developmental initiatives in supporting action planning on employee engagement survey outcomes.

- Develop and conduct cost-effective training and development programs within the budget.

- Maintain training MIS, monitor training and recognition budget vs spend

- Explore technology to draw dashboards and insights from all LMSs, e-learning tools and share insights with Function Heads for their respective functions.

- Reporting of learning & recognition metrics - coverage, learning hours, learning spend per user, e-learning uptake, etc.

- Deploy plan to move to Level 3/4 effectiveness of learning programs

- Monitor, track & evaluate actions to ensure that the identified developmental plans are implemented.

- Ensuring that all training materials and process documents are current in keeping with the Company's ongoing changes in business processes and policies.

- Ownership of creating, maintaining IDP Library and Learning catalog

- Spearhead Talent Management practice at mid-level by conducting development centers, 360 feedback, facilitating talent reviews and succession planning, developing talent cards for Key Talent Reviews facilitating development planning, and focusing on IDP. Quarterly update to Function Heads on IDP progress of Key Talent.

- Lead identification of cohort level needs for Key Talent and design Development initiatives and engagement plan to engage KT. Design coaching & mentoring programs for the Brand

- Develop and publish KT dashboard quarterly

EDUCATION : Full-time Post-Graduate/MBA in Human Resources from Tier 1 B-school

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

1. Demonstrated experience in the Talent Management space in FMCG/FMCD industry. Strong experience in learning and development/ Talent Management function in complex and fast-moving environments.

2. Strong working knowledge of learning technology; online training and processes and an understanding of best practices in training/talent management.
