One of the well known Group based out of Bangalore whose interest lies in Real estate, Hospitality, Helathcare etc. sectors is looking for Corporate HR to be based at there JP nagar 6th phase H.O. They have 10 entities under the Umbrella.

Work experience : 9-12 years

Desired Skills :

- PG with specialization in Human Resource

- Experience of working in thermal power plants preferred from any manufacturing/service based industry.

- Experience on understanding organization charts and Position descriptions

- Documentation skills and making Analysis of inputs from documentation

- Excellent interpersonal skills, Employee counselling skills and process

- Creating awareness on the PMS processes, Employee Goal setting (KRA/KPIs)

- Performance appraisals and reviews

- Post appraisal feedback to employees

- Administration of PMS policies

- Interface with the L&D team on PMS related processes

- Ensure completion of all transactional activities on employee life cycle management

- Exit management process

- 5% Travel involved
