- Competency & Skill mapping and its outcome & Upkeep.
- Defining Roles & Responsibility.
- Institutionalising operational process through systems & process
PMS
- Finalizing of KRAs for all level along with HOD as per SMART tool (Success Factors) .
- Performance review for half yearly and yearly basis.
- Rating finalization along with HOD and HR Head on Bell Curve.
Training & Development
- Training Need Identification based on Performance Appraisal. Preparation of Training Calendar.
- Arranging the Training on Behavioral and Technical, Training Coordination.
- Collecting the feedback after training of both employees and trainer.
Compensation & Benefit
- Compensation and benefit survey
- Job analysis
- Variable Pay
Performance Management
- Responsible for Performance Management & its outcome.
- Responsible for Training Need Identification.
- Responsible for Institutionalising & Standardising the PMS process
