Brief Synopsis: Seasoned HR professional from a good B-school with minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed systems driven organization. Exposure to C&B, PMS, and overall HR function is a must.
Key Result Areas:
- Devise Comp & Benefit Strategies and lead Budget Exercise for the organization.
- Plan and execute mid-year and off-cycle merit plans, AIP and benefits according to company requirement & agreed terms & policies.
- Strategize new implementations in the benefits & payroll and merit for all employees to remain competitive.
- Performing salary reviews based on market and sector-specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
- Accountable for all key HR deliverables related to HR operations which will also include managing the Insurance policies and Mediclaim for all employees.
6. Monthly, Quartly, Yearly HR analytics and dashboard / Reports - Attrition, HC, Costs etc
