Senior Manager - Corporate HR
Job Purpose:
Is to work closely with stake holders in Head Office, Middle and Senior Management of the field on various gamut of HR and to provide timely solutions to ensure adherence of polices and processes
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:- Develop a hiring strategy based on the headcount forecasting and plan for resources appropriately, driving recruitment efficiency
- Manage, guide the HR team and collaborate with internal teams to drive overall recruitment efficiency
Performance Management System:- To manage and guide the HR team and stake holders for the creation of goal sheets, ensuring performance discussion between supervisors and subordinates and releasing of report
HR Analytics:- Scrutinizing data closely to produce in-depth analysis on HR various metrics
- Using the analysis to drive HR agenda in the Organization
Managerial Responsibilities:- Motivation, Mentoring, Handholding and nurturing of Team Members
- Inspiring and influencing stake holders present in the branches
- Speed and execution, result orientation
Functional Responsibilities:- Manpower planning and execute hiring
- Resolution of complaints / grievances of Employees, drive adherence to HR process, metrics and plan
- Appropriate staffing level is maintained in Region(s) at all times
