Support in evaluating pros and cons of various project opportunities for maximizing returns and minimizing risk, and present findings to CFO

- Identify sources of low cost funds for organizational requirements and conduct effective negotiations with banks and financial institutions for best rates.

- Support the CFO in preparation and submission of various loan applications, investment related documentation etc.

- Preparation of projections, CMA data for submission to bankers.

- To prepare regular cash flow forecasts and updates to help effective fund management and Ensure timely and accurate generation of MIS reports for top management review.

- To ensure timely availability of funds for projects/expansions as well as working capital requirements. In case of surplus funds, evaluate the various investment opportunities and investing funds therein. Monitoring of foreign currency exposure and hedging the same as per Policy and Company's view.

- Ensure adherence to the revenue budget of the Corporate Office, undertake analysis of any deviations and suggest corrective action

- Ensure credit rating of the organization on time.

- Ensure timely submission of all reports/information to lenders as per loan agreements

- Evaluate risks, ensure adequate insurance coverage of all exposures at optimum cost

- Ensure timely payment of interest and instalments on loans to banks

- Review and ensure timely preparation of P&L statements, Balance Sheets including consolidations and other financial statements as per defined frequency.

- Ensure timely transition of preparation of financial statements as per IndAs.

- Analyze nature of expense based on accounting standards and applicability of various capitalization provisions

- Ensure capitalization of fixed assets and accurate computation of depreciation as per Income Tax Act and Company Law

- Manage coordination of audit process with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and ensure prompt closure of any issues / non-compliances

- Ensure internal audits from time to time and monitor action plans for adherence

- Oversee the payroll process for the employees at the Corporate and payment to vendors/ suppliers etc. on time

- Responsible for financial transactions pertaining to M&A including FDI related transactions and compliance thereof.

Requirement :

1. Exp - Post CA qualification - 6-8 yrs industry only - no CA firm experience.

2. Exp in Manufacturing/Auto Component.

3. excellent communication skills
