Job Description:
- Leading Corporate Branding and Digital Communications for the company having a global span across the breadth of the organization.
- Use key messages to inform, engage, and inspire multiple audiences ; strategize, execute, and deliver external communications campaigns; and be responsible for creating content for corporate branding. Work with a variety of stakeholders to create engaging communication products; both inward and outward facing.
- Manage the entire gamut of outward facing global digital assets for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Messaging: Develop and deliver a branding and communication strategy based on business strategy, brand and company values, as well as key organizational initiatives.
- Drive company's visual and message branding efforts internally and externally by closely following company's brand guidelines and localizing the brand messaging as needed. This includes CSR, ESG, and other initiatives to solidify company's branding and reputation locally and globally.
- Mange the entire gamut of branding and content on external facing global digital platforms for the company. Responsible for drawing up the strategy and its implementation on social media - currently, LinkedIn, Instagram.
- Custodian of Company's corporate website, Curate content including articles, reports, and overall messaging, which are showcased through this channel. Work towards constant enhancement of this platform.
- Support other countries in creating their respective country sites / pages, and ensure that they adhere to the Company's brand guidelines.
- Work closely with creative, digital and ORM agencies, and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure execution, evaluation, and optimization of ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
- Advise, support, and generate collaterals and content for functions and departments across the company and globally, regarding their communication needs and activities.
- Collaborate with peers in the team on development and updating the existing marketing collaterals like corporate brochure, video, annual calendar and diary, annual report, exhibition collaterals, physical branding
Education & Experience: An MBA or equivalent in Communication from Tier 1 institute preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Science preferred. 10+ years of experience of being an end-to-end brand custodian; primarily from a communications perspective.
