Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Corporate Communications to lead our communications strategy and enhance our brand's presence. This role is essential for driving effective internal and external communications, managing public relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Public Relations Management: Oversee all public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication, to maintain and enhance the company's reputation.

- Internal Communications: Design and execute internal communication programs to ensure employees are well-informed and engaged with company initiatives and developments.

- Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms and materials.

- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various channels, including newsletters, social media, websites, and press materials.

- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists to ensure positive coverage of the company.

- Event Management: Plan and manage corporate events, including press conferences, product launches, and other public-facing events.

- Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate risks.

- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate communication efforts with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.

- Measurement and Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

- Public Relations Expertise: Proven experience in managing public relations and media relations, with a strong network of media contacts.

- Internal Communications: Experience in developing and executing effective internal communication strategies.

- Content Development: Strong content creation and editorial skills, with the ability to produce compelling and high-quality content.

- Brand Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain a consistent brand voice and image.

- Crisis Management: Experience in crisis communication and risk management.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.

- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in measuring and analyzing the impact of communication strategies and campaigns.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and build positive relationships.

- Event Management: Experience in planning and managing corporate events.
