Job Purpose: The purpose of the job is to manage corporate communications for the company and its spokesperson in order to ensure the public reputation of the company and its products and services and internal corporate communication tools across the organization maintaining currency, accuracy and relevance at all times.
Principal Accountabilities:

- To create and implement the Corporate Communication calendar to optimize utilization of resources maximizing the corporate communication objectives as well as balancing all forms of interaction and delivering to the objective.
- To ensure regular monitoring and benchmarking vis-a-vis competition in order to achieve the corporate communication objectives.
- To manage the internal communication calendar for the top management partnering with the HR team to help achieve internal clarity in vision, goal and corporate objectives.
- To manage the electronic corporate communication portals on both external websites and intranets maintaining usefulness, currency and accuracy of news.
- To be a contributing and accountable member to the ABFSG Marketing council
Supporting Actions:
- Plan the Corporate communication calendar based on external and internal events.
- Create the key message plan and assign it to the spokesperson in discussion with them
- Keep media relationships operationally active and working through regular interactions
- Work with the PR agency and ensure managing the interaction calendar with spokesperson
- Ensure regular monitoring of all relevant medium for news
- Analyze the news monitoring through benchmarking, trend analysis, input vs. output analysis, rankings etc.
- Maximize all opportunities to communicate the corporate objectives, key messages for the quarter and the brand values to journalists, media houses, and general publics to meet the corporate objectives measurable through objectives scores and research.
- Plan Internal Events for CEO and top management in consultation with HR head and OHS team
- Ensure proper branding and internal communication support is provided to the team in time and in full.
- Partner with the HR and OHS team in development of newsletters, communication videos and corporate brochures to help achieve the purpose of vision, goal and corporate values amongst the employee.
- Own the news portals on internet and intranet and directing others internally to deliver to the objectives
- Analyze traffic, usage and expectations through surveys and knowledge gathering
- Update and keep the portals current and live continuously
- Partner corporate communication team members across ABFSG
- Contribute to specific cross-ABFSG responsibilities assigned from time to time.
