- Lead the development and implementation of internal communications strategies and plans in close collaboration with executive management

- Build thought leadership to enhance the reputation of the company and its senior executives

- Communicate to diverse stakeholders and influencers leveraging the latest communication trends, the right mix of communication channels, and standalone tactics, as appropriate

- Ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency of corporate communications with strategic goals

- Build relationships with the media and enable global PR partners/agencies to deliver to their full potential

- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of external as well as internal communication

- Provide strategy, messaging, and content support for various external and internal events, campaigns and initiatives

- Lead executive communications, reputation management, and external and internal engagements

Requirements:

- A post-graduate degree, preferably in communications, public relations or related discipline

- A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in internal communications and employee engagement, including writing for diverse audiences, and creating and implementing multi-channel communications strategies, preferably in a global corporate or agency setting

- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write and edit compelling content with no/minimal supervision

- Expertise in external and internal communication programs and channels, with a track record of success in developing, executing and measuring strategic communication

- Ability to form consultative working relationships with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment

- Creativity, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines in rapidly evolving environments

- Strong planning skills to simultaneously manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders and competing priorities to create an actionable plan and get the most impactful work done

- A team mentality and the ability to seamlessly collaborate and action feedback in driving desired results

- Knowledge of social media platforms and engagement techniques
