The incumbent would be a part of the Key Account Management team within the business and will be expected to strengthen our brand and increase sales. Such a person will be an individual contributor as of now involved in
- Growing revenue from existing large accounts and signup new accounts
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients and create an account map of important stakeholders.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions for Strategic clients
- Provide thought leadership to clients on Assessment Solutions across Pre-Hiring & Post-Hiring Talent related priorities of the organizations.
- Gather market intelligence, Competition Products/Solutions, actively sharing feedback internally that further helps in building on our product/solutions journey.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
