Senior Manager - Corporate Accounts
Company Profile: L&T Finance Limited is Subsidiary of L & T Finance Holding Limited. Operating in Retail, Corporate Infrastructure & Micro Finance.
Key Responsibilities: Oversight corporate accounting and financial activities ensuring to adequate controls and reporting compliance. Scope of responsibilities includes:
Quarterly and Annual preparation and finalization of financial statements - Balance sheet, Profit & Loss account, Cash Flow Statement and Notes to accounts as per Indian GAAP;
- Reporting of financial results to the SEBI and preparation of financial presentation for Board of Directors and Audit Committee review;
MIS: Preparation and presentation of MIS to management with outlining performance of the Company and detailing business and product level performance;
- Calculation of Non Performing Assets (NPAs), Standard and Restructured assets provision;
Budgeting, forecasting and Projections: Part of task force for preparation of annual Budget and forecasting and Preparation of quarterly projections;
Audits: Handling Internal, Statutory and regulatory audits.
Regulatory compliance: ensuring accurate and timely regulatory compliance of various governing provisions,
- Monthly and quarterly returns to RBI, CRAR calculations;
- TDS, Income tax returns filing;
- Compliance of SEBI disclosure and filing norms.
Controlling day to day accounting entries regarding receivables and payables, accruals, disbursement and collection of loans, book closing adjustments entries etc;
Exposure to Wholesale banking, Commercial banking or SME lending will be preferable.
