Job Description : The Sr. Manager - Contracts will work on the following :

- Pre and post bidding documentation

- Variation order

- Extension of time

- Liquidity damages

Client Details : Our client is a leading provider of Intelligent Transportation System, Toll Management System, Highway Traffic Management System, and more. They are looking for a Sr. Manager Contracts who will be responsible for overall pre and post bidding documents.

Description :

The Sr. Manager - Contracts will be responsible for :

- Overall pre and post bidding documents and contractual risks including administration of the general and special conditions of the Contracts on the part of the Company as Contractor including representation of Company before Clients on PAN India basis.

- Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal team and the client's own representatives

- Making sure MEP/ITMS projects meet agreed technical standards, delivery schedules and budgets

- Attending site meetings to monitor progress

- Working with third parties such as Subcontractors, Vendors etc. to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities

- Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts

- Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients

- Dealing with any unexpected costs

- Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project

Profile :

The successful candidate will have the following :

1. Experience in :

- Pre and post bidding documentation

- Variation order

- Extension of time

- Liquidity damages

- 10-14 years of experience

- B. Tech/Bsc./MSc. (LLB preferred)

- Relevant experience in contract Management MEP or ITMS or infrastructure project
