Job Designation: Sr. Manager - Contracts and Compliances (Mumbai)

Number of Position(s): 01

Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance / Law

Experience: 10 to 15

Job Description:

- Candidate should have at least 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in a finance/legal function, preferably in development or other commercial projects.

- Should possess demonstrated knowledge on managing contracts, managing disputes, interpreting legal language etc.

- Experience of having worked on compliances under Government sponsored projects with agencies such as USAID, DFID, GiZ or with multi-lateral aid agencies such as World Bank, ADB etc is preferred.

- Should have excellent analytical skills and ability to proactively take up and resolve challenging situations.

- Candidate should have excellent communication skills (oral as well as written) and should be proficient in MS office.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a team keeping cordial relationship with all departments.

- The candidate should be flexible to work extra hours during exigencies.

- Prior experience in working with Non-Profit Organization would be highly desirable.
