Experience : 8+ yrs (Post MBA) with MNC ONLY, Six Sigma Certified, worked on lean methodologies, operational excellence.
Position Summary :
- This position is responsible for leading the Continuous Improvement initiatives at DSPL.
- This position will provide leadership, planning, technical direction, communication and coaching skills to ensure products & service of high quality products to meet customer needs in the most cost effective manner.
- The role will lead the review of current processes, identify gaps and issues and work with the organizational groups impacted to map out and implement best practice and optimized processes.
Essential Functions :
- The CI Specialist is responsible to identify and improve the outcomes of processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction
- Responsible for assisting management in planning and coordination of activities related to Lean implementation.
- Key resource to functional area(s) in identifying and defining projects by value stream/critical metric events that are high value opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot operational issues and create process documentation
- Build and develop improved processes and procedures to support the DSPL strategic direction
- Work to identify key gaps and lead the transformation of existing processes to a higher quality
- Carrying out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility
- Train and educate the organization and implement continuous improvement methodologies including but not limited to 6 Sigma, 5S, Lean Processes.
- Facilitate a high level of employee participation on teams and in events to foster high involvement, accountability and results
- Provide input and feedback to key leadership positions about process improvement opportunities specific to all parts of the organization.
Job & Requirement :
- Top-Tier MBA. Experience into process improvement / business analyst role
- Skills : pithy written/oral communication, negotiation, cross-functional team management and stakeholder management
- Highly motivated self-starter, comfortable with unstructured environments. Ability to build influence among peers
- Acute ability to focus and prioritize on the top opportunities and channel internal resources accordingly
- Keen understanding of the big picture and an ability to translate it to detailed actions/tactics
- Create and leverage collateral as required to drive dialog's to positive outcomes
- Data driven and fact based. No nonsense approach to selling and business development
- Solution driven with a find-a-way mindset. Breaks roadblocks and avoids excuses
- Stays 100% compliant to rules and regulations and upholds Diebold's ethics and values at all times

- Good Coordination skills and an eye for detail
- Hands on experience with oracle systems and salesforce.com
