Job Description:
Drive Continuous Improvement Program across multiple Projects & Processes:
a. Productivity
b. Improve SLA performance
- Analyze utilization, efficiency & availability data for large teams.
- Actively drive Operational Excellence initiatives for Business Transformation, Re-Engineering purposes
- Perform detailed process improvement studies as required across multiple F&A processes to identify opportunities for improved productivity
- Identify and lead high impact projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Drive Lean to identify waste in process.
- Mentor Black Belt projects.
- Drive culture of continuous improvement.
Other Responsibilities
- Provide quality support to transitions - Development of metrics & dashboards in line with customer requirements.
- Support voice of customer & audit programs.
- Participate in client visits.
Desirable Skills
Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
- Certified Black Belt/ Master Black Belt
- Demonstrated success in Project Management.
- Exposure to different improvement frameworks, such as Six Sigma and Lean Projects
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office tools like PowerPoint, Project, and Excel are critical for the job
- Minimum 9 years of experience
- Should be an existing Sr. Manager in their current role for more than a year.
