We are looking for a Senior Manager with experience of Contact Center operations from Ecommerce background.

Role Summary: 


- In this role the person would be responsible for handling the Seller Support operations of the Ecommerce Organisation. This involves working extensively with multiple external vendors.

- Responsibility for the operational performance of outsourced partners

- Ownership of Day-to-day operations to ensure all deliverables are met by the partner as per the agreed SLA.

- Will be based out of Bangalore with occasional travel to partner location

- Will be accountable for various performance metrics of the partner like SSat %, Quality %, Service levels, TAT, etc

- Graduate/PG with strong Operations understanding, with a total of 8-12 years of experience, with at least 5-6 years of managerial experience, and at least 4 years of contact center management experience
