The are looking to expand their talent pool in India and are looking for someone to lead their telecom practice.

Job Description: As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Understanding client's business requirements in terms of outsourcing needs, current processes and business scope.

- Leading the team for providing thought leadership to help on projects, proposals and RFIs.

- Developing and testing business processes, target operating models for shared services, outsourcing strategy and its implementation.

- Mentoring and grooming the team and building the practice

- Developing business by bringing clients on board and deepening relationships with existing clients

The Successful Candidate:

- You must have done your MBA from a Tier 1 business school.

- You must have atleast 10 years of work experience.

- Prior experience of working in a top consulting firm is a must have for this role.

- You should have a good understanding of the Media or the Telecom industry.

- A person who has a proven track record of growing teams and leading projects would be a good fit for the role. You must have excellent communication skills.

- You must be from the following Schools- IIMs, XLRI, MDI, ISB, SP Jain, FMS, JBIMS, SIBM or an international school of similar or higher repute.
