Purpose of the Job :
Implementation of a Compliance Management Framework for the Organisation, by putting in place systems and processes which aid and assist the Organisation in achieving timely and effective Compliance.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Support in developing the Compliance Management Framework across the organisation
2. Monitoring compliance status through the online Compliance Management Tool and highlighting / escalating key compliance gaps to the Management and suggesting remedial measures
3. Keeping track of all legal amendments / developments and assessment of its impact on the organization and conveying the same to concerned stakeholders within the organization.
4. Carrying out periodic Compliance reviews across locations & Group Companies.
5. Address customer issues and providing need based advisory services.
6. Interaction with vendor for system improvement and monitoring service delivery.
7. Preparing monthly MIS for submission to Senior Management.
8. Overseeing development of team members.
