Urgent opening for Senior Manager Compliance & FR

- Preparation of RBI monthly ALM returns.

- Knowledge of CRAR calculation.

- Knowledge of LCR calculations.

- Preparation of various other RBI Returns applicable to a NBFC.

- Handling RBI Inspection.

- Replying to ad hoc RBI requirements.

- Hands on knowledge of RBI Circulars.

- Checking & Approving the Investment/Banking entries.

- Ensuring monthly Bank reconciliation is done timely.

- Managing the Fixed Assets team and ensuring compliances.

- Hands on knowledge of IND AS is a must.

- Managing Related Party Transactions compliances and reporting.

- Managing routine accounting & Accounts receivable.

- Team Management.

- Handling audits and various data requirements.
