Senior Manager - Compliance

Functional Responsibilities :

- Activities in relation to the AIF, InvIT and AIF/ VCF/ InvIT Fund's involving;

- Assist in preparing the Fund set-up and other documents and

- Responsible for compliance with various regulatory SEBI/RBI and their filings;

- Assists in preparing investor's documentation and compliances;

- Responsible for maintaining investor's database and KYC's;

- Co-ordinating with offshore administrators

- Possess strong knowledge of SEBI regulations in relation to AIF/VCF/ InvIT's

- Liaise with legal consultants for various matters pertaining to the regulatory matters in relation to the various Funds managed by the company.

Functional Competencies :

- Knowledge of audit and inspections

- Working experience in private equity industry is preferred

- Strongly proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

- Well versed with SEBI regulations in relation to AIF, VCF, KYC etc

- Understanding of relevant laws and statutes

Education qualification : A qualified Company Secretory with CA/ LLB
