- Bachelor's/Master's degree and 6+ years of experience in compensation

- Job Evaluation Methods: Knowledge of the Hay Job Evaluation Method and experience of making Grade recommendations.

- Job Pricing and pay structures: Ability to interpret Remuneration Survey data and draw numerical conclusions

- Ability to adapt and drive improvements and continuously simplify processes

Certifications in compensation, general HR practice or related fields preferred, especially from associations such as SHRM, World @ Work or similar.

Assist in preparation of the annual merit increase and incentive programs and budgeting

- Assist with annual merit increases and other similar projects by working collaboratively with HRIS, Payroll, and cross functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved

- Participate in salary surveys, and analyse data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally.

- Manage salary survey participation by compiling salary survey submission files, performing global job matching, market pay system maintenance and administration, ensuring accurate market data and internal data validation.

- Analyse data internally and externally, develop salary structures and market pricing recommendations.

- Evaluate job positions using established methodology to determine classification of job positions in order to reward appropriately and fairly across the organization.

- Maintain and update job description library and job data in appropriate HR systems for new Company roles and changes to existing roles, ensuring consistency among functions

- Act as a main contact for day-to-day compensation matters, including monitoring and answering queries

- Review and recommend salary placements for new hires.

- Maintain HR data tools integrity by ensuring the accurate and consistent input of data. Performs regular audits and addresses data concerns

- Design and prepare ad hoc compensation and budget related reports.

- Maintain detailed workflows and documentation of all compensation programs.

- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional networking events.

- Assist and complete special projects as assigned
