Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits - Telecom

Look for international experience(is a must),who has handled various geographies

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Anchor compensation fitment, deputation salary structuring, deputee allowance/cost of living, base employee/local employee's Salary fitment, hiring ranges etc. for Europe, Africa and Americas

2. Responsible for statutory compliance and due diligence of local regulations in International Geos

3. Design and implement various compensation and benefits policies related to working time, leaves, deputee allowance policy, business expense, per diem, bonus, etc. for International Geos based on business requirement.

4. Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices

5. Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports for the respective Geos

6. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (Pay equity, human rights, etc)

7. Manage global Insurance & employee Wellness Programme

Information Security Responsibilities:

- Adhere to the information security policies and procedures of OnMobile

- Report security incidents to the concerned authorities

- Access only those information that is authorized

- Do not get involved in malicious activities or engagements that spread hatred, violence etc. over the internet. Responsibilities x Ensure that customer's information is of prime importance and protected at all times.

- Do not disclose business information to anybody including your friends, relatives, social networking sites, or chat rooms

Skillsets

- Has handled various geographies like North America(US & Canada)EMEA and other geographies

- Has Relevant 10-12 Yrs of Experience

- Has done compensation benchmarking, onsite compensation analysis and fitment, global mobility

- Handled a team of 4-5 members or more

- has Smart personality and work wise

- Has excellent communication skills

- From an IT/telecom background
