- Administration of Merit increase, Variable Pay, incentive and retention plans across businesses.
- Participate in external benchmarking exercise, analyse, manage and assist in implementation of role based salary ranges.
- Handle job evaluation exercise across businesses.
- Manage the implementation of the compensation tool & ensure data sanctity on the system.
- Creation of training material on Reward philosophy, variable pay, compensation tool etc
Key skills :
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Understanding of the salary review cycle, bonus plans and market benchmarking exercise.
