- Involve in the market study regarding compensation and benefit of all major cement companies in India and using the data for salary fitments and market corrections.
- Taking care of any changes in HR Manual which includes Compensation Benefit, Talent Management, Leave Privileges, Loan & advance etc.
- Preparing monthly C&B Report which can give different employee cost factors
- Developing and maintaining the internal portal regarding emoluments of managerial staff which can provide the CTC sheet, salary slip, CTC reports etc in a customized manner.
- Attending the queries related to salary issues and guide the payroll team to close it properly.
