- Working as a managerial position with minimum 15 years of experience required in manufacturing Industry with exposure working in corporate culture.

- Have knowledge in Payroll process with 5000+ Head count & Sap knowledge is must.

- Knowledge of deep understanding of Taxation is also required.

- Have sound knowledge in Compensation & Benefits also.

- PG or MBA is also required.

- Excellent communication skills are also required.

- Manufacturing Industry exposure is must for this position.

- He has to manage payroll internally over SAP.
