Looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager for a client in Mumbai / Bangalore.
Client: A Large Life Insurance Organization
Role:
- Managing Comp&Ben, Rewards policies, and setting up the Compensation philosophy for the organization.
- Change Management on the C&B and R&R outlook of the organization.
- Stakeholder education and management.
Need:
- MBA/PG from a reputed B-School (Full Time)
- 5 to 12 years of experience
- Good experience in Total Rewards / C&B
- Good experience in setting up Compensation & benefits policies
- Experience in Benchmarking salaries
- MUST HAVE experience in working in Life Insurance domain
- Should have good knowledge of sales process and sales incentive programs/policies in an Insurance environment
- Exp in Engaging vendors for understanding compensation scenarios in competing organizations
- Experience in setting up the R&R for the organization
- Good English skills

- NOT looking for HR Operations, Payroll, HR Generalist or HRBP professionals for this role.
- Designation will depend on the experience / background of the candidate
- Budgets: 20 to 33 Lakhs per annum depending on the experience
