ROLE:
- Design, manage and execute annual increment cycle. Engage with BU heads and other stakeholders right from budgeting exercise, various compensation modelling, compensation moderation, execution and timely closure of the process across Business units.
- Periodic market benchmarking and internal benchmarking - Provide business insights and impacts as necessary to aid BU to attract and retain talent. Enable decision making on any corrections warranted within business units
- Enable new market penetration by establishing per-diem and salary structures for the business units
- Oversee India and International benefits program. Need based / periodic review of benefits in BU operating markets and establish benefits schemes as necessary
- Have oversight on the benefits costs and optimize the same as and when there are opportunities
- Tracking and overseeing Employee Stock Option Plan
Mandatory
- 10-13 years of experience
- Hands-on experience on Compensation Benchmarking, compensation modelling for increment, promotion, bonus payout, setting up hiring ranges
- Set up matrices for new geographies
- Ability to network and bring to the table market practices, competitor insights.
- Hands-on MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Good at stakeholder management, ability to do multi-tasking
