- 10-15 years of experience.
- C and B professional with strong HR ops background and good knowledge of HR compliance -PF, ESIC, Tax etc
- Good in team management
- Stable and mature with high sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Sound HR Operations background is a must
- Lead the Compensation Payroll & Benefits Management vertical
- Designing and implementing the Total rewards framework for the organization
- Market competitive analysis, and monitoring current salary structure and comes out with effective strategies for retaining the talent.
- Getting market insight to design and review policies and Benefits.
