We- re looking for a self-motivated and driven candidate with impeccable social skills and exceptional commitment to lead our entire compensation and Benefits portfolio and build world class HR processes. This is a Keystone HR role, with a pan India responsibility and thus requires candidate who is dedicated and has a go-getter attitude.

Job responsibilities

A combination profile with a wide scope and pan India responsibility for compensation and benefits, performance management and Hr Operations.

- Compensation and Benefits - Responsible for end to end design and deployment of Compensation and benefits portfolio and be a keystone for putting in policy framework across the organization. Includes doing job study, determination of salary and leading the annual salary revision cycle with relevant external and internal benchmarking and seamless coordination for payroll processing.

- Performance Management and Business Partnering - Plan and partner very closely with 7 function heads to drive performance and design incentive structures. Understand long term business requirements and lead the development of incentive structures and Variable Pay

- HR Operations- Put in place, best in industry Employee cycle processes from on-boarding, transfers, promotions and Exits. Prepare, Review and analyse relevant data, performance metrics and trends to provide insights. Lead the implementation of a sophisticated HRIS system for complex budding organization to address both short term and long term talent management needs

- People Management - This role would have a team and hence would be responsible for effective team performance and management. Help the team in identifying growth opportunities, develop skills, enhance stakeholder management, communicate performance expectations and ensure country level plans are met.

- Employee Engagement - Be an agent for shaping culture of the company actively through various formal and informal HR processes, engagement strategies and capturing of voice of employee.

- Growth - The role has potential to further expand in other HR areas at a later point of time but the individual should be passionate of growth and should have high learnability

Qualifications and Skills

- Must have an MBA degree (Only from Premier B schools)

- 2-5 years of total experience (with minimum 2 years in HR Ops/Compensation) at a reputed firm after MBA from Premier B schools- Tier 1

- 3 to 6 years of experience in case of tier 2 MBA colleges with relevant experience in comp and Ben or HR Ops.

- Open to Work related travel

- Passionate about growth and amenable to a 6 day work week setup.

- Gets excited by scale and working in a fast paced environment

- Excellent Excel Skills and correspondence/ writing and oral skills

- Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills

- Sincerity, High Learnability and passion for growth

- Hands on approach for operational excellence; detail orientation and bias for action
