Job Purpose: Plan, design, implement and administer a total rewards program for the company to keep employee motivation high and to ensure the rewards right behaviours which are in alignment with organization objectives
Role Challenges:
- Develop the annual HR budget
- Compensation Benchmarking
- Rewards and recognition
- Support Talent Acquisition Manager in designing competitive compensation packages of new hires and trainees in a timely manner to facilitate adherence to organization's compensation guidelines
- Manage the execution of Annual Compensation Review (ACR) process and prepare the first draft of the compensation proposal to ensure the closure
- Work internally and with external vendors on work pertaining to Rewards advisory, in alignment with broader group guidelines, to ensure C&B offerings and policies are market competitive and contemporary
- Analyse and track the group's internal and external positioning on compensation to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and parity
- Manage the execution of the employee Rewards & Recognition (R&R) schemes at all group businesses thereby inculcating a culture of high performance and improve employee engagement
- Manage the execution of the Performance Management System and ensure completion of the same as per defined guidelines and timelines
- Build managerial capability for holding quality and timely performance appraisal conversations and for setting goals to enhance the efficiency and robustness of Performance Management System process of the group
