Design, develop and implement compensation, benefits and bonus programs for employees across the Asia region. Monitor salary structure, ensure control of manpower cost and ensure that compensation policies and programs are in alignment with overall objectives of the Organization.
- Responsible for the compensation and benefits with the focus on operational execution.
- Responsible for analysis of Compensation and Benefits and suggest suitable course of action
- Identify, recommend and assist in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains
- Lead internal control over Compensation and Benefits transactions along with other HR Functions
- Support continuous improvement in total rewards, performance and salary review exercises
- Monitor compensation trends, review market data to benchmark compensation structures and own the annual compensation bench marking process.
- Interpret taxation, regulatory statutory law and modify compensation policies to ensure compliance.
- Prepare the user manual, FAQs and any other documentation related to the project
- Create learning atmosphere among team members and encourage others along with self to keep updated with industry best practices and updates.
