Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
- MBA/Equivalent degree in Business Administration from a Tier-I institute
- Candidates with additional certifications in compensation and benefits from reputed institutes preferred
Minimum Years of Experience:
- 6-8years of overall experience in compensation and benefits, including global compensation experience
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in designing and leading annual compensation, equity and incentive programs
- Above par analytical and project management skills
- Ability to plan and drive changes in the compensation strategy post mergers and acquisitions
- Results oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Ability to proactively recognize, plan and act on the need for innovation and improvement in the processes
