Senior Manager - Compensation and Benefits
Desired skills and qualification Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop fair and consistent rewards strategies to attract and retain talent
- Manage the design, and implementation of compensation programs.
- Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and relevant
- Participate in salary surveys and monitor salary survey data to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Ensure that the compensation practices are compliant with the local legislations
- Leads and manages compensation projects for the geography
- Partner with recruitment, HRBP, payroll and finance teams
- Manages, leads and develops the compensation team
Skills Required :
- Experience as a C&B manager
- Excellent analytical skills
- Well versed with MS Excel
- Good communication skills
