Job Profile : -
- To build, deploy & manages Compensation Strategy & Systems for the Organisation
- Performs complex analytics and provides insights based on data to support functional decision making.
- To work independently. Solves problems which are moderate in scope and complexity.
- Perform C&B benchmarking studies by working with C&B consulting Firms
- Using survey reports, perform detailed data checks and analysis.
- Perform data comparisons and insights to build & modify Pay Ranges.
- Supports the planning and execution of the annual Merit Planning process.
- Performs analysis such as Comp Ratio and Cost Impact Analysis to evaluate the impact of various proposals
- Supports the planning and execution of the Annual & Mid Year Promotion and Market Corrections.
- Performs analysis of compensation programs or related projects which support the Total Rewards / C&B Strategy of the Organisation.
Experience: MBA /PG in HR with 7 to 12 years Experience, with at least 4+ years in C&B.
