Urgently required Senior Manager - Compensation and Benefits for a leading Financial conglomerate to be based at Mumbai.

The role highlights for the C&B role would be:

- Design & Implementation of the Group Rewards framework on an annual basis

- Study of existing, and design of revised/ new Incentives schemes for different platforms

- Roll out and study of customized compensation study on an annual basis

- Market intelligence on C&B across the different verticals

- Review & Design of employee benefit policy as per requirements

- Hiring framework preparation and roll out

- Compensation structure study for various verticals of the group
